The sea view was stunning, but those 300 steps were exhausting!

The villa has a decent view of the sea, which can be a nice way to start the day if you're into that kind of thing. The accommodation offers a unique tropical experience nestled in a forest setting.

Saying this place is “noisy” is an understatement. Expect traffic sounds from tricycles and clucking chickens at all hours, competing for attention with the wildlife. The rooms are little more than basic setups with flimsy wooden windows, making it hard to block out sounds or even keep out critters like geckos, spiders, and scorpions. Getting to the amenities is a workout, with over 300 steep steps to traverse—fun for an avid hiker, but tiring in the tropical heat. The hot water and Wi-Fi were unreliable, too.

The noise levels here are unbearable! Chickens crowing at all hours, accompanied by the incessant sounds of tricycles and local wildlife made it impossible to sleep. The accommodations are misleadingly labeled as villas. they are standard rooms with very basic furniture and poorly insulated wooden windows. And let’s not even talk about the numerous steps you have to climb to get to the amenities, it’s exhausting in the heat.

I almost thought about giving a decent review, but then I remembered the 300 steps to the pool and the awful noise from the tricycles and chickens at all hours. I expected a welcome gift for enduring that, but alas, no special treatment was offered. Just basic amenities in a supposed "resort. " Disappointing, to say the least.

the villas offer spectacular views from an elevated position, surrounded by lush greenery. the pool area is perfect for relaxation, and the restaurant serves delicious meals, especially breakfast! the friendly staff adds warmth to the stay. 🌅😊

The staff was lovely and always ready to assist with our needs. They made arrangements for our scooter rental and helped with transfers. We enjoyed our double room patio, where we soaked in the amazing view with our morning coffee and spotted toucans! The pool area provided a perfect spot for relaxation amidst beautiful surroundings.
